About the Team:

We are looking for highly energetic and driven individuals to help expand our B2B Fruits & Vegetables network across South India.In this role, you will work directly in local wholesale markets, mandis, and retail networks, helping build strong demand for fresh produce in emerging markets. This is a high-impact field role that offers strong learning in sales, supply chain, and market development.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with mandis, wholesalers, and retailers in assigned markets
  • Drive daily demand and sales of fruits & vegetables
  • Identify new buyers and expand the local market network
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and delivery
  • Track market insights, demand trends, and pricing

  • 02 years of experience in sales, field operations, or market development
  • Comfortable working in field-based roles and traveling across markets
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Hindi + one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) preferred
  • Willingness to work in Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets
