About the Role:
The Network Quality Intelligence Manager will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of the SitePlug network. This role involves designing, supporting, and executing fraud detection, compliance, and risk mitigation processes across the platform.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, investigate behavioral patterns, and identify fraudulent or non-compliant activity. You will contribute to maintaining platform trust among advertisers, publishers, and partners by applying structured analytical approaches to detect, prevent, and respond to risks.
A solid understanding of affiliate marketing, tracking technologies, and performance attribution is essential for success in this role.
Roles & Responsibility:
Publisher and Partner Risk Assessment
- Conduct technical and behavioral reviews of publishers on the SitePlug network.
- Analyze publisher websites, traffic patterns, and business models to identify fraud or compliance risks.
- Monitor lifecycle activity using platform data, including tracking signals and performance metrics.
- Manage communication with publishers, advertisers, and agency partners regarding compliance and quality issues.
Data Investigation and Monitoring
- Perform structured investigations using reporting tools, query-based logic, and BI platforms.
- Identify anomalies in conversion patterns, traffic sources, engagement metrics, and payment flows.
- Build repeatable investigation frameworks using SQL or similar analytical approaches.
Fraud Detection and Process Improvement
- Support the development of fraud detection strategies using rule-based analysis and behavioral insights.
- Document investigation findings, enforcement actions, and risk insights.
- Continuously enhance monitoring workflows and analytical capabilities.
Payment, Tracking, and Performance Monitoring
- Monitor publisher earnings, conversion attribution signals, and transaction flows across network platforms.
- Identify irregularities such as abnormal conversion rates, click-to-conversion timing anomalies, or traffic quality concerns.
- Develop a practical understanding of affiliate tracking mechanisms, including cookie-based attribution, redirect flows, and event capture.
Advisory and Stakeholder Support
- Provide guidance on fraud prevention, compliance standards, and network quality best practices.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate investigation outcomes and risk decisions effectively to internal teams and external partners.
Required Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in fraud investigation, risk operations, or technical operations within digital, fintech, ad-tech, or e-commerce domains.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret structured datasets and investigate complex behavioral patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent query-based analytical thinking.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing ecosystems, including tracking technologies and attribution models.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with workflow and task management tools (e.g., Asana) and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Exposure to web analytics or marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML-driven fraud detection concepts is a plus.
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and operational datasets.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
