Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Network Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Agentic AI Solutions Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, autonomous systems that can perceive, reason, and act across enterprise workflows.
The ideal candidate will combine expertise in GenAI models, LLM frameworks, and workflow orchestration with strong software development and integration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Agentic AI architectures using frameworks like MCP, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

Build intelligent multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, decision-making, and task automation.

Integrate AI agents with APIs, enterprise data sources, and business applications.

Develop and maintain prompt pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases for contextual awareness.

Work closely with data, DevOps, and product teams to ensure scalable deployment and observability.

Build proof-of-concept (POC) solutions and transition successful prototypes into production.

Implement feedback loops for continual learning and performance improvement of agents.

Document architecture, workflows, and reusable components for internal knowledge sharing.

Explore emerging trends in autonomous AI agents, RAG pipelines, and AI governance to recommend adoption opportunities.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills

Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.)

Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) and their APIs.

Hands-on with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)

Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and tool-using agents.

Good grasp of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.

Familiarity with API integration, REST, and event-driven systems.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) for model hosting and orchestration.

Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong problem-solving mindset, with ability to conceptualize autonomous workflows.

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.

Certifications or specialized training in GenAI, ML, or Automation tools preferred.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience in enterprise automation (UiPath, Power Automate, ServiceNow, etc.)

Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and observability.

Prior experience in developing AI copilots or conversational bots.

Understanding of AI ethics, compliance, and data security frameworks.

Open-source contributions or personal projects in agentic AI or automation.

Delivery of functional AI agents that autonomously complete or orchestrate defined business tasks.

Reduction in manual process touchpoints via AI-driven workflows.

Successful POC-to-Production transition rate for developed solutions.

Innovation contributions (e.g., reusable agentic components, new LLM integrations)
