Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Facility Management professional to lead end-to-end operations across a network of warehouses, fulfillment centers, and operational sites. This role will oversee infrastructure, maintenance, safety, compliance, vendor management, and facility expansion while ensuring smooth operations and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee facility operations across multiple sites.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of critical utilities and infrastructure.
- Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Monitor asset maintenance schedules, service contracts, and warranties.
Safety, Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular facility audits and implement corrective actions.
- Lead emergency preparedness and safety initiatives.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage facility service providers and contractors.
- Negotiate and monitor service agreements and SLAs.
- Evaluate vendor performance and drive service improvements.
Facility Expansion & Projects
- Support new site setup, infrastructure upgrades, and expansion projects.
- Track project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and operational improvements.
Data & Reporting
- Monitor facility performance metrics and maintenance KPIs.
- Track operational expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Present periodic performance updates to leadership.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in facility management within warehouses, logistics, e-commerce, or large-scale operations.
- Experience managing multiple sites and large facility networks.
- Strong knowledge of vendor management, contracts, and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with safety standards, audits, and operational best practices.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
