Manager – IT Quality & Compliance (Programs, Strategy & Reporting)
Role Summary
The Manager – IT Quality & Compliance (IT Q&C) will support IT Q&C leadership in driving program execution, strategic initiatives, and enterprise‑level compliance reporting. This role requires strong project management capability, sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the ability to translate complex IT Q&C data into clear, decision‑oriented insights for senior leadership forums. The role will contribute to defining strategies, frameworks, lifecycle processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and provide end‑to‑end validation support for non‑GxP IT projects, while flexibly supporting ad‑hoc leadership requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Reporting & Executive Communication
- Understand leadership priorities, organizational context, and forum‑specific expectations to prepare executive‑ready presentations.
- Develop crisp leadership decks for Tier‑1, Tier‑2, and governance forums, tailoring content, depth, and messaging appropriately.
- Translate complex operational, compliance, and risk data into clear narratives supported by dashboards, trends, and analytical insights.
Strategy, Frameworks & Lifecycle Governance
- Support development of IT Q&C strategies, operating models, frameworks, and lifecycle processes aligned to regulatory and enterprise expectations.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and maturity improvement across IT Q&C activities.
- Propose and track continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit readiness, efficiency, and compliance sustainability.
Validation Support (Non‑GxP)
- Provide end‑to‑end validation and assurance support for non‑GxP IT projects.
- Ensure validation activities align with Biocon / BBL quality and compliance standards.
Leadership & Ad‑hoc Engagement
- Partner closely with IT Q&C leadership to support ad‑hoc analyses, presentations, and strategic requests.
- Demonstrate agility and adaptability to rapidly changing priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Experience & Background

- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
