About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Manager – Content & Brand to build a strong, differentiated brand presence and drive business growth through high-impact, data-driven content. This role will own end-to-end content strategy and execution across all channels—ensuring alignment with sales objectives, product positioning, and targeted industry segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business and sales goals

  • Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, collaterals, outreach content)

  • Lead website content and performance optimization to drive inbound growth

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms (website, social, email, ads)

  • Drive SEO and content optimization initiatives to improve visibility and engagement

  • Support outbound teams with credible, industry-focused content for prospecting and nurturing

  • Build and manage channel partner marketing kits and co-branded campaigns

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of all brand communications

  • Manage and collaborate with writers, designers, and external agencies

Required Skills & Experience

Functional Skills
  • Strong expertise in content strategy and editorial planning
  • Proven experience in brand positioning and storytelling
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel content execution (web, social, email, ads)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Experience in campaign planning and execution
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and analytics tools
