Position: Manager– Centre for Conscious Entrepreneurship (CCE)

About the Centre

The Centre for Conscious Entrepreneurship (CCE) at Chanakya University is dedicated to nurturing ethical, responsible, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs. The Centre focuses on fostering student entrepreneurship, supporting MSMEs, and building a robust ecosystem for innovation and growth aligned with societal well-being.

Role Overview

This role will play a pivotal role in driving the Centre's initiatives, and engaging with students, faculty, entrepreneurs, and external stakeholders. The position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, passion for entrepreneurship, and the ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end design and execution of entrepreneurship programs, fellowships, and incubation initiatives
  • Drive innovation in program formats (ideathons, accelerators, MSME engagements)
  • Set KPIs, track outcomes, and ensure measurable impact
  • Mentor junior team members and interns supporting program delivery

Ecosystem Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and manage relationships with entrepreneurs, MSMEs, investors, mentors, and advisors
  • Act as a key interface between academia and industry
  • Anchor partnerships and collaborations for long-term value

Strategic Initiatives & Growth

  • Contribute to the Centre's 3–5 year roadmap and expansion strategy
  • Identify new opportunities (CSR, grants, partnerships, fellowships)
  • Support fundraising and donor engagement initiatives
  • Develop scalable models for student entrepreneurship and MSME support

Operations & Governance

  • Oversee program operations, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure strong documentation, reporting, and compliance standards
  • Build systems for tracking impact metrics

Communication & Thought Leadership

  • Lead creation of reports, insights, and knowledge outputs
  • Drive visibility through events and publications

Research & Knowledge Building

  • Lead research on MSMEs and entrepreneurship trends
  • Develop case studies and whitepapers

Qualifications & Skills

  • Masters/bachelor's degree in management, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with startups, MSMEs, or incubation programs preferred
