Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager to oversee our nut and bolt manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production process—from raw material procurement to final quality assurance—ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining the highest safety and efficiency standards.

• Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement daily/monthly production schedules to meet customer demand for various fastener types (hex bolts, nuts, washers, custom fasteners).

• Operational Management: Optimize machine utilization (cold forging, threading, heat treatment) to maximize output and minimize downtime.

• Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality standards (AQL, dimensional accuracy, torque requirements) and ensure compliance with technical drawings and industrial specifications.

• Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage raw material inventory (wire rods, steel coils) and ensure a steady supply of consumables to avoid production bottlenecks.

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety protocols and ensure the facility remains compliant with local labor laws and environmental regulations.

• Cost Management: Monitor manufacturing costs, reduce waste, and improve process efficiency to protect profit margins.
