- CLIENT ENGAGEMENT AND SALES:
- Host client meetings and deliver property orientations to PAN India and NRI investors, as well as walk-in customers, to effectively negotiate and close deals within specified turnaround times.
- Facilitate customer revisits and address queries through consistent follow-ups to enhance conversion ratios.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and plans in collaboration with management to establish sales goals for Mumbai, PAN India, and international markets.
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Organize personal events and exhibitions to generate leads, acquire new channel partners, and collect data for targeted leads.
- Coordinate with existing channel partners and source and appoint new partners to expand business reach.
- Ensure compliance with CRM systems and streamline reporting for strategic planning.
- Deliver top-tier service to NRI and HNI clients with customized sales strategies.
- Develop new clients in collaboration with marketing teams through innovative initiatives and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, driving further revenue through loyalty and referrals.
- Maintain cordial relationships with existing customers to ensure business sustainability, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and superlative customer experience.
- Utilize CRM tools like SFDC to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Retain existing clients through strong convincing and negotiation skills, offering service recoveries when required.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities for growth, and potential risks to inform business strategy.
- Analyse customer trends and develop strategies to increase revenue growth
