Role Overview

This position supports the Corporate Marketing and Business Development function. It is one level below the Head of BD and involves strategic support, coordination and execution across multiple business channels. The role is suited for candidates from AMC or capital markets backgrounds looking to grow into full BD responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Support the BD and Corporate Marketing teams across all business channels including banks, private wealth, national distributors and MFDs

Assist in due diligence, empanelment processes and onboarding activities

Maintain coordination with fintech partners, fund managers and internal stakeholders

Manage data requirements, reporting, MIS updates and query resolution

Support brokerage monitoring and related compliance checks

Assist in communication planning, channel support activities and relationship management initiatives

Track market developments, competitor movements and customer needs for strategic inputs

Contribute to partner engagement, events, presentations and promotional activities

Ensure smooth coordination for BD strategy implementation and team initiatives

Eligibility and Candidate Profile

2 to 3 years of experience in an AMC or capital markets environment

Presentable with strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Good understanding of the mutual fund ecosystem with some level of market connect

Exposure to multiple channels including banks, private wealth, ND and MFD (preferred)

Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder management capability

Ability to work on due diligence, empanelment, fintech coordination and data management

Willingness to learn, proactive mindset and high drive

Passionate about the mutual fund industry and business development function
