To manage and drive sales through promoters in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in UL gross with 4G handset & MNP focus

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Active MT, SPO & KRO Count –

Promoter onboarding – Admin & Business, MT chain engagement

  • Promoter Productivity –

TL's monthly PJP setting & tracking

Mpower adherence on attendance & training

Key MT, SPO & KRO visit as per defined PJP

Carry out OJT

  • People Engagement –

TLs & Promoter incentive earning

Promoter R & R program – (PGS segmentation)

Promoter monthly attrition – Execute agreed actions

Gate Meeting – Tgt vs Ach% | HSW || R & R

  • Shopper Activation – Drive shoppers activation as per design shared by corp/circle
  • Liaising with zonal team – Part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought

  • Experience with distribution, planning, channel implementation & essentially handset industry experience
