TL's monthly PJP setting & tracking

Mpower adherence on attendance & training

Key MT, SPO & KRO visit as per defined PJP

Carry out OJT

  • People Engagement

TLs & Promoter incentive earning

Promoter R & R program (PGS segmentation)

Promoter monthly attrition Execute agreed actions

Gate Meeting Tgt vs Ach% | HSW || R & R

  • Shopper Activation Drive shoppers activation as per design shared by corp/circle
  • Liaising with zonal team Part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought
