Carry out OJT
TLs & Promoter incentive earning
Promoter R & R program (PGS segmentation)
Promoter monthly attrition Execute agreed actions
Gate Meeting Tgt vs Ach% | HSW || R & R
- Shopper Activation Drive shoppers activation as per design shared by corp/circle
- Liaising with zonal team Part of zonal reviews on performance & support sought
