PROCESS BRIEF

Our clients are increasingly seeking ways to optimize the integration and maintenance of their workflows to free up time, reduce operational costs, and minimize personnel risk. FactSet's Managed Services, leveraging our middle office solutions, allowing users to navigate complex workflows, ensuring data quality, and accessing actionable information earlier.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and oversee team performance and delivery, while supporting hiring efforts through building a strong talent pipeline and developing training programs for high-potential hires.
  • Partner with SMEs, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure training alignment.
  • Drive the successful implementation and ongoing management of team training programs.
  • Stay current on training and development best practices, recommending enhancements to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Design and curate training plans aligned to client needs, ensuring a consistent and scalable pipeline for business deployment.
  • Own and drive continuous improvement of key KPIs, including time-to-productivity, new hire ramp-up, training completion, and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Set clear goals and objectives, providing strategic direction, coaching, and guidance to team leaders.
  • Monitor, balance, and optimize team capacity, workload, and responsibilities to maximize productivity and quality of delivery.
  • Apply strong theoretical and practical knowledge of equity and fixed income concepts and analytics to support operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in the tools, systems, and processes required to build and manage efficient, high-performing operations teams.
  • Define and implement performance metrics to evaluate individual contributions and overall team success.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, recognizing and rewarding high performers.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and deliver timely, constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.

PREREQUISITES (Eligibility Criteria Skills Required)

  • Solid foundation in Finance, supported by a university degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, Mathematical Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • A postgraduate degree and/or relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.
  • Current or most recent role should be at the Manager or Associate/Assistant Manager level with experience as a manager of managers.
  • Minimum of 9 years of overall professional experience, including at least 12 to 24 months in a manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing teams of 30 to 50 members.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of logic and basic coding concepts is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in people and performance management.
  • Highly proactive in driving improvement initiatives; strong change management capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen, well-organized, analytical, and strategic in problem-solving.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid setup, with the first six months onsite to accelerate learning and integration.
  • Flexible working in shifts aligned with business requirements.
