VACANCY FOR

Manager – Milk Subscription

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Drive growth of the home milk subscription business.

2. Develop strategies to acquire new residential, society and corporate subscribers.

3. Improve customer retention and minimise subscription cancellations.

4. Coordinate with Dispatch, Operations, IT and Customer Support for seamless daily deliveries.

5. Monitor subscription revenue, service quality and customer satisfaction.

6. Analyse subscription data and recommend business improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve monthly subscriber acquisition, retention and revenue targets.

2. Develop partnerships with housing societies, residential complexes and corporate offices.

3. Plan and execute referral and promotional campaigns.

4. Monitor daily delivery issues and ensure prompt resolution.

5. Review customer feedback and implement service improvements.

6. Track renewals, collections and overdue payments.

7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

8. Coordinate with Marketing to increase app and website subscriptions.

9. Train and supervise the subscription support team.

10. Continuously improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. MBA preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Target-driven, customer-centric, strong leadership, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), CRM software, ERP systems and subscription management platforms.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

5–8 years in subscription business, FMCG, Dairy, D2C, E-commerce or Customer Relationship Management.
