Job Description

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Collaborate with departmental heads to address workforce planning and staffing needs.
Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to industry-specific regulations within the Technology & Telecoms sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager, Human Resources should have:

Proven experience in HR management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HR management tools and software.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
