Manager Corporate Sales - MICE
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and spearhead our efforts in
account lead generation, acquisition, and conversion of meeting incentive business
from multinational organizations.
Your role will encompass:
Cultivating a robust pipeline of new accounts and leads within your market to
achieve and exceed the region's sales targets.
Crafting and executing a strategic roadmap to drive the company's mission,
bolster revenue, enhance profitability, and foster overall growth.
Assuming P&L responsibility and serving as a liaison between clients and
internal stakeholders
Collaborating with senior management across all verticals to capitalize on
business opportunities within your market.
Identifying and capitalizing on emerging business prospects while effectively
addressing any challenges.
Innovating strategies to penetrate accounts with our diverse service offerings
such as MICE, SMM, Events, or Corporate Gifting.
Overseeing client management and event operations to ensure seamless
execution, quality, and exceptional service delivery.
Cultivating and nurturing client relationships to not only expand business with
existing clients but also onboard new accounts to enrich the portfolio.

A proven track record of driving organic business growth, spanning 4-5 years
(for Asst. Manager)/ 6-9 years (For Manager) of experience.
