Position: Manager Meta Operations
Location: Gurgaon
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Operations Manager to lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role will drive operational excellence, performance outcomes, and revenue growth across advertiser portfolios in a fast-paced adtech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of Meta Ads campaigns across performance and brand objectives.
- Design, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion targets.
- Conduct structured A/B testing and audience experimentation.
- Implement best practices across bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creatives, and funnel tracking.
- Monitor performance dashboards and identify actionable insights.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to improve measurement and reporting accuracy.
- Act as the operational point of contact for internal sales and account teams.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm updates, and product rollouts.
Required Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing / ad operations.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of tracking tools (Pixels, SDKs, conversion APIs).
- Experience in adtech, agency, or digital media environments preferred.
