We are inviting applications for the role of Manager - Merchandising & Planogram!
This role is to oversee the execution of merchandising strategies and planogram compliance across assigned stores or categories. This role ensures that products are optimally selected, priced, and displayed to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and maintain brand consistency. The Manager will lead a team of merchandisers and coordinators, working closely with cross-functional departments to deliver results.

Responsibilities:
Merchandising
.Implement merchandising strategies in line with organizational goals and customer preferences.
.Manage product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities for assigned categories.
.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
.Analyze sales performance and recommend adjustments to product mix or promotional plans.
.Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to create impactful in-store displays.
Planogram Management
.Develop and maintain planograms to optimize shelf space and product visibility.
.Ensure planogram compliance across stores through regular audits and staff training.
.Adjust layouts based on sales data, customer insights, and regional preferences.
.Work with suppliers and brand partners to meet display agreements and category visibility standards.
.Track and report planogram effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
Leadership & Team Management
.Lead, coach, and develop a team of merchandising and planogram specialists.
.Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs for merchandising and planogram execution.
.Foster collaboration between merchandising, operations, and supplier teams.
.Drive process improvements and adopt technology tools for merchandising and planogram efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
.6-10 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role ( is plus)
.Strong analytical skills with experience in sales and inventory data analysis.
.Proficiency in planogram software/tools and retail merchandising standards.
.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Skillsets :
.Experience in SQL, Python/R, Excel.
.Strong leadership and team development skills
.Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
.Attention to detail and organizational excellence.
.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment
