Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
Develop and implement electrical design standards and specifications for real estate projects
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical work and address any issues or discrepancies
Oversee the procurement of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and project stakeholders
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to electrical engineering

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

Experience

Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
Demonstrated expertise in electrical engineering and project management
Proven track record of successfully managing electrical aspects of real estate projects
