Manager, Mechanical Maintenance - Aurangabad
- Responsible for reliability of BC Mechanical equipment
- Ensure all safety standards as per Goodyear requirements
- Ensure all statutory compliances within the business center's scope
- Maintain machines to achieve zero breakdown and ensure process conformity
- Handle CAPEX related to sustenance maintenance
- Drive Plant Optimization - Reliability pillar as per guidelines
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Safety departments to drive Plant KPIs
- Ensure maintenance costs remain within plan
- Manage spare parts inventory according to requirements
- Develop bench of indigenous suppliers aligned with global team to reduce import content and enhance local expertise
- Drive safety aspects related to WULO Project
- Lead skill enhancement programs for hourly and contractual associates
Reliability:
- Maintain machines (Mixing, Hot prep) uptime within AOP
- Lead Plant Optimization Reliability pillar and related activities
- Execute planned and predictive maintenance as scheduled
- Improve Workshop capabilities to enhance in-house maintenance
Cost Management:
- Meet AOP cost targets and ensure compliance with cost-saving projects
- Manage spare parts inventory as per norms
- Ensure machine uptime to avoid production losses
- Implement expansion/improvement projects within budget and timelines
Compliance:
- Ensure all engineering compliance requirements are met timely with no adverse notices from authorities
- Adhere to FM global compliance standards
