WE'RE HIRING: CINEMA MANAGER | MAXX CINEMA, MG Mall, Sector 14, Sonipat, Haryana.

Maxx Cinema is looking for a responsible, organised, and hands-on Cinema Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cinema.

• Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the cinema from opening to closing.
• Manage and monitor movie screenings and projection operations, ensuring films run on schedule and without disruption.
• Check upcoming and scheduled movies, timings, and screening arrangements.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 6 associates, ensuring smooth operations and effective staff performance.
• Manage the café operations, particularly during busy hours, ensuring good service and efficient workflow.
• Handle customer queries and operational issues professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, service standards, and overall cinema presentation are maintained.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the day.
• Take responsibility for resolving operational issues and supporting the team when required.

9:00 AM – 11:00 PM

The manager will oversee operations throughout the cinema's opening hours, with working arrangements to be discussed based on operational requirements.

• Previous experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, café, entertainment, or team management is preferred.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities during busy periods.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lead and support a team effectively.
