Our Markets team focuses on providing account teams with the support they need to help drive revenue growth. Our account-centric approach to serving clients starts with understanding their business and providing tools and enablers to provide consistency on how we identify and align our services and solutions to our clients most pressing issues. We deliver services through one or more of our four global service lines: Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions and Tax. Our Markets team comprises of Business Development and Brand Media & Communication (BMC).

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Understand the objectives of the experience and how the design of the experience will meet these objectives. Play a supporting role in co-design meetings to help capture client's visions and requirements and help co-create design strategies and experiences that meet those needs. Project manage all aspects of an experience: before an experience this may include detailed logistics planning, liaison with our Hospitality and AV teams. Acting as a client liaison for booking co-design meetings, documenting decisions and tracking actions, producing detailed run sheets, Mural/Miro design and creation, supporting clients in the use of collaboration software that will be used in the client experience, template design and creation, management of project budgets. During an experience you will leverage your expertise and skill to act as the Lead Facilitator ensuring our client's most complex challenges are solved faster utilizing our EY wavespace methodology. This includes managing the flow of the experience, active problem solving and user experience of the participants. In addition, this may include ensuring all logistics, technology and materials are in place, team briefings, and facilitation of client working groups. After an experience this may include production and delivery of agreed outputs, credential write up, capturing of learnings, liaising of any follow up activities. You will take a collaborative approach to work with the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and having a genuine interest in solving complex business problems.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration
• Bachelor of Computer Applications
• Engineering, Masters

Experience

• Project Management (6+ years)
• Consulting
