Marketplace Manager – Amazon India | Flipkart | Quick Commerce

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and data-savvy Marketplace Manager to own and grow our presence across India's leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. You will be the end-to-end owner of our Amazon India, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) channels — responsible for sales performance, listing hygiene, advertising, promotions, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of growth, operations, and category management. The ideal candidate brings deep platform expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and a bias for execution.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon India
• Own end-to-end account management, storefront, A+ content, Brand Store, and SEO-optimized listings
• Drive Sales rank improvement through keyword strategy, pricing, and content optimization
• Manage Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) with a focus on ACoS/RoAS targets
• Handle FBA/FBF inventory planning, reorder triggers, and FC-level stock health
• Strategize and execute during peak events: Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Diwali Sale
• Monitor and maintain account health, IPI score, return rates, suppressed listings, and compliance
• Lead Amazon Launchpad, Deals, Coupons, and Subscribe & Save programs where applicable
Flipkart
• Manage Flipkart Seller Hub operations including catalog, pricing, and fulfillment configuration
• Execute advertising on Flipkart Ads Platform, search ads, product listing ads, and brand solutions
• Lead participation in Big Billion Days, End of Season Sale, and Brand Days with dedicated promotional planning
• Optimize product content for Flipkart's search algorithm and Smart ROI ad framework
• Coordinate with Flipkart account managers for category-level visibility and featured placements
• Ensure SLA compliance for Flipkart Assured and Flipkart Plus programs
Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart)
• Manage onboarding, catalog setup, and listing optimization across all active quick commerce platforms
• Drive NMV (Net Merchandise Value) growth through visibility levers — banners, search rank, and hero SKU prioritization
• Own dark store inventory allocation and work with supply chain to prevent stockouts in high-velocity slots
• Coordinate with platform POCs for sponsored ads, brand campaigns, and in-app visibility
• Analyze platform-specific metrics: fill rate, on-time fulfillment, product-level returns, and consumer ratings
• Identify and unlock new city/cluster expansion opportunities based on demand signals
Cross-Platform & Strategic Ownership
• Consolidate P&L view across all marketplace channels and report weekly/monthly to leadership
• Conduct competitive benchmarking — pricing, share of search, share of voice — and propose counterstrategies
Collaborate with the Brand, Product, and Supply Chain teams on launches, phase-outs, and campaign alignment
• Drive annual GMV targets, category growth plans, and new product introduction strategies
• Evaluate and onboard new marketplace opportunities as the ecosystem evolves

Qualifications & Experience Must-Have
• 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace experience, with at least 2 years on Amazon India and Flipkart
• Demonstrated experience managing Quick Commerce platforms - Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Strong command of Amazon Advertising Console and Flipkart Ads Platform (FAP)
• Experience with inventory planning tools, reorder logic, and FBA health metrics
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with tools like Helium 10, Adbrew
• Proven track record of hitting GMV, revenue, or market share targets on major platforms
Good to Have
• Experience with Vendor Central (1P relationship with Amazon) in addition to Seller Central (3P)
• Exposure to Meesho, JioMart
• Understanding of D2C brand operations and how marketplace strategy complements DTC channels • Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for self-serve data analysis
