Role Overview
This role drives end-to-end marketing communications for the Delivery Partner (DP) ecosystem, spanning brand campaigns, product GTM, operational communications, and performance marketing support. The charter focuses on acquisition, retention, engagement, and trust-building across DP touchpoints through strategic planning and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Growth Marketing:
Lead brand campaigns around product/feature launches, digital initiatives, and CRM/in-app journeys to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Partner with city and operations teams to solve hyperlocal business challenges through targeted marketing interventions.
Track and optimize campaigns against key metrics such as brand awareness, consideration, sentiment, and engagement.
Operations Communications
Own planning and execution of AOP-linked festival and event communications for the gig worker audience.
Manage BAU communications across payouts, incentives, surges, governance, and policy rollouts, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and consistency.
Strengthen DP trust through clear, structured, and high-impact communication frameworks.
Product Marketing
Develop and execute GTM strategies for product and feature launches across DP platforms.
Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions and adoption-driving campaigns.
Performance & Creative Support
Provide creative strategy and communication support to performance marketing and operations performance teams to drive key growth levers.
Roles & Responsibilities (Ownership)
Own the brand marketing charter and delivery of key business metrics across awareness, consideration, sentiment, and engagement.
Conceptualize and execute end-to-end campaigns across digital, in-app, CRM, and on-ground channels.
Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines and positioning across all DP-facing touchpoints.
Manage agency and vendor ecosystems while driving strong cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Oversee day-to-day communication pipelines across incentives, payouts, governance, and operational rollouts.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA from a reputed B-school.
4-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with minimum 2 years in brand marketing.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously with strong execution rigor.
Strong creative judgment with a bias toward high-quality output and operational excellence.
