Manager- Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and tactics to enhance the company's reputation
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Create valuable and engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target groups
• Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
• Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
• Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hardcopy brochures
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Demonstrable marketing experience with a strong willingness to learn
• Proven ability to identify target audiences and lead multi-channel campaigns that engage and motivate
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Comfortable working with numbers and metrics using spreadsheets
• Strong aesthetic sense and communication skills
• Up-to-date with current online marketing trends and best practices
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
