Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Marketing AEM Frontend Developer -
As a Marketing, AEM Frontend Developer - Manager you will lead UI engineering, component development, accessibility compliance, and all frontend frameworks for our global AEM ecosystem. This role will be responsible for scalable, high-performance, and brand-aligned frontend experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead all frontend development for AEM templates, components, and author-friendly UI experiences.
Architect reusable component libraries using HTL, Sling Models, CSS architecture, and clientlibs.
Manage frontend governance-design system alignment, reusable patterns, WCAG accessibility, SEO hygiene.
Own performance tuning for frontend delivery-lazy loading, minification, compression, CDN optimization.
Collaborate with design, backend, DAM, analytics, and platform teams for seamless integration.
Lead cross-browser, responsive testing, and optimization for web and mobile performance.
Define UI guidelines, coding standards, and authoring best practices that keep quality consistent.
Troubleshoot authoring/UI issues, caching mismatches, dispatcher/CDN behaviors, and layout problems.
Manage a team of frontend engineers drive sprint planning, code reviews, roadmap, and UI quality.
Support AEM Cloud Manager with frontend pipelines, asset governance, and quality gates.
Good understanding of Content and Experience Fragments and Graphql queries for content fragments for exposing data as JSON to external systems.
Implement Multi Site Management for better delivery of content across Regions/Countries.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification
Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+, and frontend frameworks (React/Vue preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with AEM components, clientlibs, Sightly/HTL, and authoring behaviors.
Expertise in accessibility (WCAG 2.1+), performance optimization, SEO, and analytics tagging.
Strong understanding of CDN behavior, dispatcher caching, and frontend release pipelines.
