Job Role
The position is responsible for Account Strategy & Execution, Client Servicing and Team Management for multiple client projects. Leading a team of client servicing executives and ensuring work is managed efficiently across all teams and collaborating with teams (both internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery. This role involves working across multiple platforms to drive engagement and positive customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Responsible for revenue retention and upselling of the client's revenue Responsible for client relationship management and business objective alignment with the key stakeholders from the client sideResponsible for the pitching to the new prospective clients and help the business development team for more client closuresWork on MarTech strategies for the clients along with the key stakeholders and execute the same to show the business and marketing impact on the client's businessDevelop marketing strategies for Amura's clients; ideate & execute marketing strategies as per the business objectives of the clientResponsible for managing client expectations on all aspects of digital marketing being the primary point of contactResponsible for managing the team working with you to manage the output as well as shaping the right career paths of the young marketing professionalsInteract with multiple clients to understand their brief, brainstorm solutions and to regularly update them on the progress of various activitiesActively engage with the key stakeholders from the client side as well as internal teams on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to align with tasks and overall direction, seek inputs/feedback/approvals.
Reporting
Create monthly/weekly status and activity reports being sent to the client. Preparing monthly and quarterly reports of all activities executed by the team to submit.Competitor analysis, Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts.Planning & prioritizing the team's work. Preparing daily task lists for all members of the team
Skills Required
Candidates with 4-8 years of account management work experience can applyShould have been involved in Client Servicing, Strategy, and Execution - All three.Team management experience is mandatory.Proven & demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multi-task. Should be comfortable with handling pressure since the role demands it.
