About the department:

The Market Research department under the Business Advisory practice at Nexdigm Pvt Ltd is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, identifying market opportunities, and generating reports to inform marketing, sales, and product development initiatives, dealing with clients and handling team.

Role Description

The first-level management role combines technical expertise and people leadership to ensure seamless operational delivery. Drive client success through strategic planning, process improvement, and fostering a culture of research and ownership within your team.

Key Result Areas:

1.Primary Research & Insight Generation

Lead and execute primary research to provide clear, actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify key risks and opportunities, contributing to at least two strategic or go-to-market decisions each quarter.

2.Data Analysis & Interpretation

Analyze complex data sets to uncover trends and generate clear, business-relevant insights using advanced Excel and analytical tools.

3.Effective Communication & Reporting

Deliver well-structured, impactful reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences.

4.Sales Support & Marketing Enablement

Contribute to business growth through proposal/scope creation and thereby supporting the sales team.

5.Team Leadership & Collaboration

Manage and mentor team members to enhance productivity, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Deliver clear, visually compelling presentations that enable faster and more informed decision-making by stakeholders.

6.Stakeholder Alignment & Change Facilitation

Build consensus across cross-functional teams and drive positive change even in ambiguous or evolving business environments.

7.Accountability & Ownership

Demonstrate strong ownership of individual and team responsibilities, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
