Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, validation of manufacturing processes.
- Manage endtoend New Product Introduction (NPI) APQP activities.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
- Develop process flow, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions.
- Lead fixture, tooling, and equipment selection, installation, validation.
- Support production with problem-solving, rootcause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and improve key process parameters and manufacturing KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, IATF 16949 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Design, Supply Chain.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and production teams.
Education And Qualifications
15-18 year Experienced in EV drivetrain or power electronics manufacturing with Engineering graduations
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and automation systems.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
