Management Support: Partner with Managing Director, prepare strategic presentations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, conduct research and benchmarking, and align GBS centers globally.
Communications & Engagement: Develop and execute internal communication strategies, manage content creation, oversee internal media, and plan leadership forums, town halls, and strategic events.
Change Management: Manage enterprise change communications in alignment with global frameworks, delivering timely and audience-specific messaging.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams, regional stakeholders, and global functions.
