Our Consulting portfolio envelopes diverse segments like Strategy and Business Growth, Policy, Economic Analysis and Regulations, Planning, Energy Markets & Simulation Models, Transaction Advisory Services, Integrated Energy Supply Services and Performance Improvement (Utility Management Services).

B) About the Role:

1. We are seeking experienced Contract Management Expert (Conventional/ Renewables). The role involves tariff-based competitive bidding, CERC/SERC regulations, and change in law/force majeure provisions. The expert will support in preparation of RFP, PPA, Bid process management, Contract management, Project monitoring, replies to Regulatory related queries for Conventional and Non-Conventional sources. The role also requires preparation of Resource adequacy plan, coordination with stakeholder departments and utilities related to the same. Coordination for meetings among stakeholders. Assessment of tariff and comparison of other RE initiatives with other states.

C) Detailed expectations from the role:

• Proven experience in understanding of PPAs, FSAs, and related project documents.
• Familiarity with tariff-based competitive bidding, CERC/SERC regulations, and change in law/force majeure provisions.
• Exposure to regulatory and contractual dispute resolution before CERC, SERCs, or APTEL.

D) Required skill set:

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in the power sector handling Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and related contracts for thermal, wind, and solar projects under construction or operation in India
• Experience in understanding of PPAs, FSAs, and related project documents
• Regulatory and contractual aspects related to power sector.

E) Education and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in the power sector handling Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and related contracts for thermal, wind, and solar projects under construction or operation in India.
• B.E/B. Tech + MBA (Power Management/Finance/ Construction Management) from a recognized university/ institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Energy/ Infrastructure/ Regulatory Law shall be preferred.

• Two in Bhopal and one in Jabalpur-Madhya Pradesh
