POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION
Responsible for implementation of reliability pillar to meet the business requirements and process improvement/adhering to the legal requirements.
Position Summary
- Reliability Maintenance (Exposure to Plant maintenance, CBM,TBM,PM and Spare part management)
- 5S,IMS
- EHS and WCM
- Improvement Projects or New Line Installations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and PlanMaintenance Schedules, Improvement Measures, etc
- Develop knowledge of maintenance of special-purpose machines like Complete GEOGRID line, Drainage Line , Extruder, Grinder, LAMINATION, STRETCHING etc.
- Develop & improve maintenance systems
- Ensure the implementation of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
- Perform breakdown analysis & implement corrective action.
- Implement and improve safety features of all equipment meet EHs requirement.
- Ensure proper spare-part mapping, planning and maintenance.
- Practice and implementReliability-based maintenance practices and continuous improvement processes (Kaizen)
- Review daily job priorities for maintenance
- Coordinate with Production team to improve uptime
- Permit management
WCM / EHS / IMS Activities
- Gain exposure to ISO 9001, 14001, 1800 standards.
- Actively participate in driving Kaizen initiatives in the plant
- Ensure safety norms as per the Saint Gobain guidelines while implementing various projects as well as performing maintenance activities inside the plant.
- Ensure maintenance of all records as per ISO
General Context

Functional
- Knowledge ofISO, OSHAS, , legal requirements related to maintenance
- Technical knowledge of Extruder ,Hydraulic systems, Stretching Systems, Lamination Systems, HVAC Utilities, Grinding machine etc.
- Basics of Electrical Maintenance & PLC logics and control circuits, VFDs, VCB/ACB/Relays etc.
