Job Description

Plan, schedule, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
Ensure uninterrupted power supply and smooth functioning of electrical infrastructure across the plant
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical breakdowns, minimizing downtime and production loss
Maintain and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations
Coordinate with production and utility teams for effective maintenance planning and execution
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and energy consumption
Monitor performance of electrical systems and implement energy-saving initiatives
Manage and guide a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring skill development and adherence to safety norms
Oversee maintenance of LT/HT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, VFDs, and other critical systems
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and statutory bodies as needed
