Job Description

Designation: Manager– M&A and Fund Raise

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Deal origination: both sell-side and buy-side. Primarily business development led profile
  2. Adept in identification and discussions with investors (domestic/international) and showcasing the sell side transactions
  3. Client communications: starting from dialogue initiation and setting up meeting to understanding the operations.
  4. Experience in creation of transaction collaterals: business plan, pitch deck, investment memorandum, teasers etc.
  5. Financial analysis and preparing financial model & valuations
  6. Industry and competition analysis
  7. Experience in dealing with Private Equity Funds, VC Funds, Family offices and large corporate investors

Qualification: MBA (Finance)/ Bachelor of Business Administration/ CFA or similar post graduation education

Experience: Minimum 2 years and Maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in similar profile

Compensation offered: Fixed salary commensurate to the experience plus incentives as per firm's policy.

Skill set required:

  1. Strong analytical skills and ability to independently understand fundamentals of the business and industry
  2. Self-starter and go-getter with ability to manage the assignments independently.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Understanding of legal and regulatory landscape would be a plus.

Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, Monday to Friday

Office Location: 1503, Tower C, ATS Bouquet, Sector 132, Noida – 201301
