Job Description

Location: Noida / Gurugram

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented professional to lead our Luxury Real Estate Sales vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, team management experience, and a proven track record in luxury residential and commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Generate revenue and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and investors.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
  • Develop business through channel partners and direct sales.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
