Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented professional to lead our Luxury Real Estate Sales vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, team management experience, and a proven track record in luxury residential and commercial sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Generate revenue and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and investors.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Develop business through channel partners and direct sales.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
