Responsibilities and Key Skills:

• Transport planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to analyze data to identify the trend
• Data management and analysis: handling large data, making analysis, trend study, problem identification, interpret the data to find solutions
• Effective communication, influential negotiation skills, customer-centric approach
• Interpersonal and presentation skills; flexible; work effectively in teams; build high performance inter-department team
• Coordinate and monitor manpower planning for shift operations
• Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards by outsourced staff in stockyard operations
• Senior management PPT and MIS reports preparation
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Tracking, monitoring, and improving KPIs
• Cost effectiveness in operations and identify improvement areas
