1. Good Inventory Control Mechanism. Optimum inventory of all SKU's at factories & depots.

2. Timely Stock replenishment of FG at Depots

3. Co Ordinate with HO Logistics for schedules to dispatch FG to respective depots for Retail/Inst & Modern trade.

4 Physical Stock Taking of all Finished goods on monthly basis.

5 Maintaining accuracy of physical stock w.r.to Book Stock against SAP.

Truck Placement

1. Timely Deployment of vehicles to respective destination as per indents.

2. Allocation of vehicles to transporters on unbiased manner & indenting trucks on transporters on the basis of their performance.

3. Primary Freight Management.

4. Explore cost saving techniques.

Audits.

1. CFA / Depot / Super stockist Audits & reviews.

2. Audits to cover all statutory norms / Quality norms and hygiene.

MIS Reports.

1. MIS reports on Stocks , Transport performance, Transport cost Analysis
