Logistics Engineering leader
In this role, you will be responsible for driving logistics engineering, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across plant operations. You will focus on improving quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance by optimizing processes, implementing WMS, automation, and standardized solutions, and leading cross-functional and global logistics projects.
Your Job
Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across logistics operations to enhance QCD performanceLead logistics engineering projects, including capacity planning, layout design, and workflow optimizationManage investment planning, equipment selection, and implementation for logistics initiativesCollaborate with global teams to deploy WMS, automation, and advanced logistics technologiesAnalyze operations through time studies, KPI tracking, and performance improvement initiativesDevelop and enforce standardized processes and compliance frameworksDrive innovation and adoption of new logistics solutions aligned with business strategyCoordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams for project execution and deliveryLead value stream and organizational improvements across logistics functionsManage and coach team members, supporting team development and performance management
Our Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering / supply chain / Logistics or related field with 10-12 years of relevant experienceStrong expertise in warehouse operations, WMS (SAP EWM preferred), and material management systemsExperience in Lean/OPEX, process improvement, and project managementKnowledge of automation, layout planning, and logistics system implementationStrong analytical, stakeholder management, and English communication skills (B2 level) with proficiency in MS Office
