Job PurposeTo manage and optimize inbound and outbound logistics for paper board manufacturing, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant movement of raw materials and finished boards while minimizing freight cost per MT and improving customer service levels.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage outbound logistics and dispatch of finished paper board
Oversee inbound logistics for waste paper, chemicals, and consumables
Optimize freight cost and vehicle utilization
Manage transporters and logistics vendors
Ensure statutory and GST compliance
Supervise warehouses and dispatch operations
Coordinate with customers for delivery schedules
Prepare MIS and logistics KPI reports
Lead logistics and warehouse teams
Key KPIsFreight cost per MT
OTIF delivery %
Vehicle placement time
Transit damage and shortage %
Demurrage and detention cost
QualificationsGraduate in Engineering / Logistics
MBA or PG Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics preferred
Experience4-5 years in logistics and distribution
Minimum 1-2 years in paper or paper board industry
