Role Summary

TheManager - Liquidity Managementis responsible for end-to-endliquidity provisioning and pricingacross multiple business verticals, includingMudrexandSaber Money. The role focuses on executing OTC trades, managing daily liquidity operations, and ensuring consistent liquidity availability across INR and non-INR corridors.

This is an operational, execution-heavy role, requiring hands-on involvement in daily trading activity, pricing decisions, counterparty management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownliquidity provisioning and pricingfor Mudrex and Saber Money.
• Own working capital cycles end-to-end, build intraday and forward liquidity forecasts, and minimize idle cash across currencies and corridors.
• Execute and manage OTC trades to support business volumes and operational requirements.
• Manage pricing, spreads, and execution strategy to remain competitive while protecting margins.
• Build, grow, and manage a strong network ofUSDT buyers in India.
• Lead the liquidity team'sentire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Drive disciplined daily execution, internal controls, and SOPs for OTC operations.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on liquidity positions, OTC volumes, risks, and performance to the VP Business.

Experience & Profile

• 3+ years of experiencein OTC trading, liquidity management, treasury, or similar operational roles.
• Prior experience ofmanaging a teamis highly beneficial.
• Strong understanding of crypto OTC markets, liquidity dynamics, and cross-currency settlement.
• Comfortable managingINR and international currencies(such as USD, GBP, EUR).
• Highly execution-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, operational environments.
• No specific educational qualifications required; practical experience and execution capability are key.
