Job Description

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the company's interests.
Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on various business matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Manage legal disputes, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential legal risks.
Assist in the development and review of company policies from a legal perspective.
Support the team in regulatory filings and documentation processes.
Stay updated on changes in laws relevant to the engineering industry.

The Successful Applicant

LL.B/LL.M
Proven expertise in contract management and legal advisory.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Open to travelling to client's plant locations
