What you'll do :
We are looking for a high-impact Legal Operations professional to help scale and optimize our contracting and legal team's day-to-day tasks. This role sits at the intersection of law, process, technology, and cross-functional execution, and is ideal for someone who has worked closely with CLM platforms, legal automation, and AI-enabled contracting solutions. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, quality, and predictability across legal operations while partnering closely with Legal, Business, Finance, Engineering, and Business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end legal operations delivery, including contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract automation, and metadata and turnaround time governance, ensuring high-quality and on-time outcomes;
- Identify operational gaps and proactively propose data-driven improvements and innovation initiatives
- Lead and improve metadata standards and quality frameworks across contracting projects;
- Act as a primary legal operations point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Drive process optimization initiatives, assist in SOP creation, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability;
- Lead cross-functional coordination with Business, Lega,l and Finance teams;
- Support AI-enabled contracting and CLM implementations, including pointer mapping, contract playbooks, and workflow design;
- Handle escalations and complex delivery challenges, balancing stakeholder priorities and operational stability; and
- Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting training, onboarding, and capability development.
What you'll need:
- LLB / Law graduate with 4+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Tech, or Contract Management
- Strong hands-on experience with CLM tools, contract automation, and metadata extraction
- Proven track record of process improvement, QA/QC, and operational excellence
- Experience working on AI-assisted contract review or automation initiatives
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and tight timelines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead alignment across functions
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
- Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, Legal Tech platforms, or enterprise legal operations
- Prior exposure to client-facing delivery roles or large-scale contracting programs
- Experience building playbooks, SOPs, and training frameworks.
