Experience: 5–7 years in Leasing (Industrial Infrastructure )

Language:Kannada & English (Desirable)

Qualification:MBA (Marketing) with B.E./B.Tech (Civil) -Preferred

Role Summary

The Manager (Leasing) will lead marketing and leasing strategy for MMLP Bengaluru, develop channel partnerships, and close the lease deal with a strong customer.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Development

• Develop and execute leasing & marketing strategy (RTM & BTS models)
• Identify and target key customer segments indian or overseas clients
• Build and manage a channel partner network

People Management

• Lead and mentor the marketing team
• Conduct appraisals and capability building

Desired Profile

• Strong leasing background with Indian and foreign customers/clients
• International exposure in leasing is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management skills
• Smart, dynamic personality with persuasive communication ability
