We're Hiring: Leasing Manager – F&B | Bengaluru

Are you passionate about shaping vibrant dining experiences in retail spaces We are looking for a dynamic Leasing Manager – F&B to drive brand onboarding and elevate our retail portfolio.

Location: Bengaluru

Industry: Retail Real Estate / Shopping Malls / F&B Leasing

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard leading F&B brands – restaurants, cafés, pubs, breweries, and more

• Lead leasing negotiations, finalize commercials, and close deals aligned with revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, brokers, and clients

• Provide insights on F&B trends, rental benchmarks, and consumer preferences

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fit-outs and successful store launches

What We're Looking For:

• 6–8 years of leasing experience (F&B leasing is a must)

• Strong network within the F&B brand ecosystem and understanding of expansion strategies

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
