About the Role
The Manager - Learning & Development will sit within Zeta's Talent Management & Learning and DevelopmentCoEand act as a strategic learning partner to the business, building a scalable learning ecosystem aligned to Zeta's growth, performance, and culture priorities.
Responsibilities
Independently own the learning agenda for assigned Organizational Units (OUs), acting as the primary L&D partner to business leaders and People PartnersDiagnose learning and capability needs using business context, performance data, FGDs, and conversations with managers and leadersTranslate business priorities into structured, outcome-driven learning journeys aligned with organizational goalsFacilitateworkshops and learning interventions for various employee cohortsLead learning programs end-to-end, including ideation, design, stakeholder alignment, approvals, LMS setup, communication, delivery, and closurePartner with internalSMEs and external vendors to co-create contextualand businessrelevant learningsolutionsDrive strong learner experience and adoptionacross programsOwn and lead specific organization-wide learning charters at Zeta levelManage learning budgets for assigned OUs, tracking spends and generating insights for reportingCollaborate closely with OU leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions throughstrong communicationand data-backed recommendationsLead and mentor associate learning partnersSkills & Capabilities
