We are looking for a Manager / Lead – Performance Marketing who can own and scale the entire digital acquisition charter. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive growth across channels, build high-performing teams, and optimize for long-term value (LTV), not just short-term CAC.
What You'll Do
- Own and drive the overall performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging channels
- Lead full-funnel growth strategy with a strong focus on CAC efficiency, ROAS, and LTV optimization
- Manage large-scale monthly ad spends and ensure efficient budget allocation across channels
- Build and scale customer acquisition engines across web and app ecosystems
- Lead experimentation across creatives, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization
- Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Creative teams to improve conversion rates and user journeys
- Drive data-led decision making through strong attribution models, cohort analysis, and performance tracking
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team
- Identify and unlock new growth channels (affiliate, influencer, partnerships, etc.)
- Present strategic insights and growth plans to leadership stakeholders
Key Skills & Expertise
Must-Have
- 10+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-channel acquisition strategies
- Proven track record of managing high ad spends and scaling businesses profitably
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution models, and funnel metrics
- Experience in D2C / E-commerce / Marketplace / Consumer Tech businesses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in data tools
Good-to-Have
- Experience with app growth, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies
- Exposure to GA4, GTM, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Experience in omnichannel or offline-to-online integration
- Prior team management and leadership experience
