Job Description

  • Lead and oversee pan-India engineering services and post-sales support operations
  • Manage and mentor regional teams to ensure service excellence and uptime of devices
  • Ensure timely execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and breakdown support
  • Monitor device performance, handle escalations, and drive customer satisfaction
  • Drive service revenue through AMC/CMC contracts and spare parts management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, application support, sales) for issue resolution and business growth
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for field service teams and end users
  • Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with quality and operational processes
