Role Overview

Amazon Business is seeking an enterprising and results-driven Manager, Sales-Led Acquisition Channels, to lead and scale our largest customer acquisition channels: Tele-Sales and Feet on Street (FOS) for the MSME segment in India. This pivotal role will require building and managing a high-performing multi-agency ecosystem, establishing scalable operating models powered by automation and AI, and driving measurable ROI from these channels.

Key job responsibilities

As The Manager, Sales-Led Acquisition Channels, You Will

  • Develop and own the channel strategy for Tele-Sales and FOS, defining ambitious growth targets aligned with Amazon Business India's MSME customer acquisition goals.
  • Build and scale a high-performing multi-agency partner ecosystem identify, onboard, and negotiate sustainable commercial terms with multiple Tele-Sales and FOS agency partners across the country, ensuring a robust, diversified, and competitive partner base that can flex with business demand.
  • Establish and institutionalize scalable SOPs for both channels, driving consistency in execution, quality of customer interactions, and compliance with Amazon's standards across all agency partners.
  • Leverage automation and AI-led capabilities to enhance channel efficiency including defining high-converting lead pool segments, personalizing sales pitches at scale, automating lead assignment and follow-up workflows, and deploying AI-assisted coaching tools for sales agents.
  • Own and optimize multi-million dollar channel investments, making data-driven decisions that balance immediate customer acquisition with sustainable unit economics and long-term growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and improve channel ROI through rigorous performance tracking including metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, agent productivity, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Data Science, and Sales to ensure channel initiatives are aligned with lead generation infrastructure, CRM capabilities, and overall business strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel, running structured experiments, and scaling what works across the multi-agency network.
  • Develop and present strategic plans and performance reports to senior leadership, clearly articulating the impact of channel initiatives on business objectives and customer acquisition goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • MBA
  • Experience driving demand and managing a customer funnel across multiple channels
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience managing and negotiating contracts and vendor relationships
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience influencing C-level executives
