Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Manager - Lead Compliance to be based at our Bengaluru office. The primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to compliance policies, managing and monitoring regulatory requirements, conducting risk assessments, and implementing necessary changes. The role also involves coordinating audits, developing internal standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve adherence to compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily management of compliance documentation and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• End to end contract management, contract drafting and review, draft negotiation with 3rd parties.
• Brand License Agreement compliance and coordination with Licensor on day to day basis
• Complex agreement review, drafting and negotiation such as Marketplace agreement, License Agreement, Manufacturing Agreement, SAAS Agreement, Digital Agreements, Payment gateway agreement, Custom clearance documents, 
• Liaison with external counsel for Trademark filing and renewal
• Liaison with external counsel for Legal Metrology issues.

Location - Bangalore

Experience - 06-10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in retail/FMCG/e-commerce
