Manager System Processing to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced radar signal and data processing algorithms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in FMCW radar signal processing, multi-target tracking algorithms, and automation modules leveraging machine learning techniques. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on coding abilities, and the capability to drive innovation in automotive radar systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of radar signal and data processing algorithms including FMCW waveform analysis, Multi-Hypothesis Tracking (MHT), Global Nearest Neighbor (GNN), Probabilistic Data Association (PDA), Joint PDA (JPDA), Kalman Filters (KF), Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) frameworks, and Particle Filters.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for clutter identification and elimination to improve target detection accuracy.
- Implement advanced data curve-fitting techniques using linear and nonlinear polynomials, along with data smoothing algorithms for enhanced signal clarity.
- Design and maintain robust track identification and data association methods for multi-target tracking systems.
- Lead automation module development leveraging machine learning concepts to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automotive radar concepts and meet system-level requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on algorithm development, coding standards, and best practices.
- Oversee the coding, testing, and validation of algorithms using MATLAB, C/C++, and Python.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure successful and timely completion of system processing modules.
